She then became a prenatal yoga instructor who brings her commitment to personal and social revolution into my role as a teacher. She is a level 1 certified Kundalini Yoga teacher through the Kundalini Yoga Portland and have a 200-hour hatha yoga certificate from Portland Community College. She studied Emotional Liberation with GuruMeher Sing Khalsa and is a certified Senses of the Soul facilitator. Through yoga, she has learned to value and honor her emotions. Students can expect a mix of physical movement, breathwork and meditation in her classes. Shelley strives to adapt to her students while honoring yoga’s roots and the teachings of yoga.
